These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DocSentinel's document processing platform and related services ("Services") provided by DocSentinel Limited ("DocSentinel," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DocSentinel provides AI-powered document processing services, including document upload and analysis, data extraction, validation, and API access.
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Support is provided via email during business hours (GMT).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or process data in violation of applicable laws.
Customer retains all rights to Customer Data. You grant DocSentinel a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
Customer Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for obtaining necessary consents.
Fees are as specified in your order form or subscription. Payments are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". DOCSENTINEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES. DOCSENTINEL'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
