stored permanently unless explicitly requested.

3. Data Processing & AI
Your documents are never used to train AI models. We use AI solely to extract and verify
information from your documents. All processing is done on a per-request basis, and document data is not
retained after processing is complete.
4. Data Storage & Security
- EU Data Residency: All data is processed and stored within the European Union.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access Controls: Strict role-based access controls limit who can access your data.
- No Permanent Storage: Uploaded documents are processed in-memory and automatically
purged.
